Yes, and it is some of our favorite work. A ballroom or an event space becomes a gallery for one night: freestanding walls that carry framed work, large canvases and picture lights, with nothing bolted to the venue. Rent for the night, or buy if the benefit runs every year. Buying usually costs less by the third booking.
We build the wall: a rigid, flat, finished surface in white or black that photographs as architecture, not fabric. Your printer or agency applies the graphics, and we tell them what the surface takes. For a logo repeat, see our step and repeat backdrop walls, which are the same system, sized to your print.
That is the point of freestanding. Nothing anchors to the floor, walls or ceiling and no rigging points are needed, which is why buildings that refuse almost everything say yes. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Yes. The same walls close into a full room for a VIP area, a green room, a fitting room or back-of-house storage, with a real sliding door when you need one. You get full visual privacy and a room that reads as built.
A typical run stands up in about three hours with our own crew and strikes the same night. Tell us your load-in window before you book and we will confirm it.
Usually, yes. If the activation, sample sale or show comes back, owning the walls generally costs less than renting by the third booking, and the same panels reconfigure straight, L-shaped or into a full room for whatever the next one needs.
